Privacy Policy.

DeepDrive™ exists to provide private, considered intelligence to a small group of high-context decision-makers. Confidentiality is not a policy add-on — it is part of the product. This document explains, in plain language, how we receive inquiries, how we handle the source material entrusted to us, and how long anything is kept.
DeepDrive™ is a private human intelligence service operating under deepdrive.me. Engagements are bespoke, accepted by referral and request, and prepared by a small team bound to professional discretion.
When you submit an inquiry or commission a report, we may receive:
- Your name, professional role, organisation, and contact details.
- The name of any referrer you choose to disclose.
- The strategic context you provide — the question, situation, or subject area you wish to better understand.
- Source material you share with us during an engagement (documents, links, public profiles, prior correspondence, briefing notes).
- Basic technical metadata generated when you visit the site (request logs, approximate location, device type) used solely for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or third-party analytics that build a marketing profile of you.
Source material is reviewed only for the requested analysis. It is not repurposed, cross-referenced with other engagements, used to train models, or shared with any party outside the assigned analyst team.
Working files are kept on access-controlled systems. Identifying details are minimised in internal notes wherever the analysis does not require them.
By default, we retain materials only as long as the engagement requires:
- Inquiry messages — kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless they become part of an active engagement.
- Source material provided for a report — retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 90 days after delivery, in case clarifications are requested.
- Delivered reports — a single archival copy may be retained in a sealed, access-restricted record for up to 24 months for continuity with returning clients, then permanently destroyed.
- Operational logs — kept for up to 90 days for security purposes.
You may, at any time, request that we delete the source material associated with your engagement. Where the analysis is complete and there is no ongoing professional or legal need to retain it, deletion is performed promptly and confirmed in writing.
Where applicable law, professional standards, or an unresolved dispute requires retention, we will inform you of the specific basis and the timeframe.
To request deletion or to ask what we hold about you, write to private@deepdrive.me.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose client information. A limited number of vetted infrastructure providers (secure hosting, email delivery) process data strictly on our instruction under written confidentiality terms. We do not transfer source material to advertising networks, data brokers, or generative AI training systems.
Access to engagement material is restricted to assigned personnel. Communications about active engagements default to encrypted channels. Where you prefer an alternative secure channel, we are happy to accommodate it.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. We honour these requests in line with applicable law and our professional duties of confidentiality to other clients.
DeepDrive™ is designed for ethical, strategic understanding — not exposure, harassment, manipulation, or public speculation. We decline engagements that fall outside that boundary.
We may update this policy as our practice evolves. Material changes will be noted with a revised date at the top of this page. For any question concerning privacy, retention, or deletion, please write to private@deepdrive.me.
Private intelligence requires private handling.
