The Human Layer in Strategic Decisions

Why data alone is never enough when people shape the outcome.

Data describes what has happened. People determine what happens next. Any decision that depends on human behaviour depends on a layer of interpretation that data cannot reach.

The human layer is where trust, ambition, fear, loyalty, and timing live. It is the layer where strategy succeeds or fails.

Reading it well does not replace analysis. It completes it.
